PhD position in Physics-Based Modelling of Hydrothermal Eruptions at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Applicants should have:

• Strong background in Geophysics, Physics, Geology, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
• Demonstrated experience with numerical modelling and programming (ideally Python)
• Familiarity with geothermal systems, reservoir modelling, or multi-phase flow (considered a plus).
