A fully funded PhD studentship (home/international) is available to develop the wireless implantable magnetic technology for precise control of neuronal excitability. This interdisciplinary project combines electronic engineering, neuroscience, and mathematical modeling. The studentship covers full tuition (home or International) and provides an annual stipend of at least £19,237 for 3.5 years. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronic engineering, electromagnetic theories, and computational modeling, with a keen interest in neuromodulation technologies. Experience in interdisciplinary research and familiarity with experimental and computational methods will be beneficial.
