The Power & Energy Innovation (PEI) Lab at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) is hiring a Postdoc in power systems / power electronics / AI applications

🔎 Focus areas: Modeling, control, and protection of power-electronics–based power systems, grid stability analysis, and AI applications in power systems.
🎓 Requirements: Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (power systems/power electronics/computer science); strong inverter modeling and control background; experience with PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
📅 Start date: Flexible; Fall 2025 preferred.
