Doctoral Scholarship Rules

• Phases

  1. Phase 1 – Courses (2 semesters): Need admission + financial need, no other scholarships.

  2. Phase 2 – Prospectus (1 year): GPA ≥ 3.5 in Phase 1.

  3. Phase 3 – Dissertation (2 years, extendable): Must pass comprehensive exam after Phase 2.

• General Conditions

  • No double scholarships without prior approval.

  • Cannot re-apply if already benefited before.

  • Work requirement: 10 hrs/week (full), up to 15 hrs/week (partial, proportional).

  • Work fields decided by Doctoral Studies Board.
